Acceptance
By accessing the Wiam.ai website or joining its waitlist, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published here is the one in force. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
License and acceptable use
Wiam.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to browse the site and submit your information to join the waitlist. You may not scrape the site, reverse engineer any part of it, resell access, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use the site to build a competing product. The Wiam.ai name, logo, copy, and underlying technology remain the property of Rocket Science Development.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and the waitlist are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees about a specific launch date, that you will be granted access to the future product, or that the product will fit your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Science Development disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Termination, contact, and a note
We may suspend or remove access for any user who abuses the site or breaches these terms, at any time and without notice. To remove yourself from the waitlist, request a copy of these terms, or ask any other question, write to msabri@rocketscience.one with the subject line "terms request". This document is a working version; a formally reviewed version will replace it before any major commercial launch.
